Privacy Policy
Last updated 25 September 2026
This policy explains how Michule Abroad COC Training PLC ("we", "us") handles personal information in the MAMP Automation Hub, the internal system at michule.et that our staff use to prepare and follow up on overseas employment applications. It covers job candidates, recruitment agencies we contact, and our own staff.
Who can use this system
Only our authorised staff can sign in, using their office-system account. The public cannot create an account or submit information through this site. Candidates do not use the system directly.
Information we handle
- Candidates: name, date of birth, gender, marital status, nationality, passport details and passport scans, photos and videos, phone number, and the status of their employment process (for example Musaned, COC, medical and visa steps).
- Recruitment agencies: agency name, phone number and email address, and the messages we exchange with them about a candidate.
- Staff: the email address used to sign in and a record of actions taken, such as who sent a message.
- Email: messages in our office mailbox, which staff read and answer through the system.
Candidate information comes from our office records system and from documents the candidate has given us. The Hub reads candidate records; it does not change a candidate's identity or passport details in those records.
Why we use it
- To prepare and check documents for a candidate's employment process, such as medical appointment forms.
- To ask a recruitment agency to release a candidate's record on Musaned or COC so the candidate can continue with us.
- To contact Musaned support about a candidate's record.
- To send candidates practical notices, such as medical, training, visa or travel appointments, by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
- To keep a record of what was sent, so the same message is not sent twice and staff can follow up.
Messages are sent only when a member of staff starts the action. We do not use this information for advertising and we do not sell it.
Services that process information for us
We use the following services to run the system. Each receives only what it needs for its task:
- Google (Gmail and Google Drive) to send and receive email and to store candidate photos and videos.
- Google Gemini to read details from passport and screenshot images, where that feature is switched on.
- Meta WhatsApp Business and our SMS provider to deliver messages.
- Cloudflare to connect the site securely to the internet.
Some of these providers may process information outside Ethiopia. As part of the employment process we also share relevant candidate details with Musaned, the Wafid medical service, employers and recruitment agencies involved in that candidate's placement.
How we protect it
- Every page except this one and the sign-in page requires a staff sign-in over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
- Stored service credentials are encrypted.
- Exports containing candidate details are kept on office systems and treated as confidential.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as a candidate's employment process is active and afterwards only as long as needed for our legal, contractual and record-keeping obligations. Message records are kept so we can show what was sent and when.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or to stop sending you messages. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable Ethiopian law, including the Personal Data Protection Proclamation.
Deleting your data
To ask for your information to be deleted, including anything received through WhatsApp, email us at office@michule.com with the subject "Data deletion" and your full name and passport number or phone number. We will confirm when it is done, or explain what we must keep and why.
